“Phil and Alysse were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had; they were generous with suggestions; they let us borrow their bikes which were perfect for rides around historic Charleston. Their home was cozy and exactly as described- located on an idyllic street in the heart of Charleston’s historic district. We enjoyed awesome restaurants, walks to the water where we could see both sunrise and sunset, coffee and reading on the terrace, and learning about the history of the area and the home. We had a delightful time and would love to come back, hopefully even stay with Phil and Alysse again. ”

About our home
Our Charleston Single house was built in 1910 by a local fisherman. It sits on the old city seawall and is 2 blocks from the Ashley River and the Battery. Beautiful downtown location, walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, or exploring the city. Renovated inside in 2012, it is a perfect place to stay for the Spoleto festival, Charleston Home and Garden tours, Food and Wine week, or any of the other events here. Great peaceful and friendly neighborhood South of Broad.
