About our home

Our Victorian home has been renovated with a bright open plan kitchen, dining and family room looking out onto a large garden. At the front there is a more formal living room and study. The second floor has three large bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom, plus a study. The third floor has two smaller rooms and bathroom (great for kids). There is a basement with full laundry as well as large tv/play room/sleep area. In the garden there is a pleasant area for grilling and outdoor dining. The house is located in the historic neighborhood of Chicago's Hyde Park, home to the University of Chicago. Our home is walking distance to Lake Michigan, local shops and restaurants, and a 10 min drive, train, or bus ride to center of Chicago.
