Beautifully furnished with lovely swimming pool right outside master bedroom. Washer, dryer, tv, stereo, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, air conditioning, microwave. No pets. No smoking.

I am a retired Federal Reserve Bank employee who lives in Atlanta, Georgia and uses this lovely condo as my second home. I could easily live here full time. My female companion is a businesswoman who owns her own business. We will be traveling with her son and daughter in law, who have a adorable two year old son. They are in their mid to upper thirties.

Condo is located in Palm Coast, Florida (20 min. south of St. Augustine, Florida and one hour from Orlando, Florida (Disney World and Universal Studios). A traveler's dream vacation home. The condo is located in a luxury development, with golf courses and country club. My condo is directly on the pool and beach and the den and dining room face the inter-coastal waterway. St. Augustine is a charming city and is the oldest city in the U.S.A.
