About our home

This is a Triplex (3-units).
Unit 3 is our vacation rental (lovehomeswap) It is a two bedroom fully furnished apartment, if you want to cook you will have most of what you need.
Mountain View’s & fresh air!
We have ATV/UTV trail maps for the area available at the rental. There is a local rentals “Skyline ATV rentals” I would recommend set up reservations at least 24-48 hours in advance. Our cell phone service is limited... Verizon works best all others don’t work to well but we do have WiFi.
There is room to park ATV/UTV, truck and trailer.
The Arapeen Trail head is about 2 miles from the rental unit.
Palisade State Park & Golf Course is 2 miles
The Arapeen Trail head is about 2 miles - You can head up the canyon on UTV/ATV's from the rental.
