Our home is two story executive on corner lot of established neighborhood, with Master suite downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs. Well furnished and comfortable in sunny Florida neighborhood near lots of things to do. We are across the street from our lake on a cul-de-sac, not far from Busch Gardens, Ybor, Channelside, Bayshore and other local go-to places. About an hour from Disney and the beaches. Large pool, great neighbors, laid back and safe neighborhood with convenience of being near lots of things to do while enjoying a single family home. Home is well decorated, beds have fine linens, all bedrooms have adjacent baths. Flatscreen TV and large screen in 'family' rooms. Pool is very large and fenced for privacy. HOme was built by an architect who was a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright.

Family oriented, convenient to everything a family needs yet quiet and safe. Easy access to Interstates and major thoroughfares. Great oaks over 100 years old in our yard and throughout and we home is in a lake community.

We are empty nesters with 5 adult kids, One in LA, one in NYC, one in St. Pete and two finishing University out of town. We are active, mid and late 50's. We each own our businesses (I own a PR firm and husband is a sports agent & retired professional soccer player raised in London). We have hosted students from all over the world which our kids loved when they were growing up. We have traveled many places throughout the world and had very successful housing trades too. We also own a beach condo about 50 minutes away on St. Pete beach that sleeps 6. We enjoy nice things but we are not flashy. We have good senses of humor and we are laid back. We will absolutely care for your property and ask the same in turn. We are respectful, neat and clean.
