About our home

A lovely stucco house with a 16x18 Master Bedroom with joining bath and walk-in closets. 1 guest bedroom. We use our 3rd bedroom as an office/computer room. Foyer with a eat-in kitchen as well as a bar with bar stools. Our house has a very open floor plan with a beautiful Living Room and Dining room. Adjoining the living area is a 12 x 28 enclosed lanai. We also have a separate laundry room and a double car garage. We will treat your home with great care and expect the same from you. A car and golf cart are optional.

The pictures on this site were taken 3 years ago. We have beautiful tall Palm trees as well as beautiful landscaping and we have redecorated.

We are a retired couple. We enjoy traveling. We have completed two House Exchanges. Looking for a house exchange for any interesting location in Lema, Peru, and areas in the USA. We have 26 executive golf courses and pools and 9 country clubs with 9 championship golf courses , plus hundreds of interest groups in which you may participate while you are here. Enjoy the wonderful entertainment each night at our town squares, shopping and the many fine restaurants in the area. Enjoy your rides in a golf cart to any place in The Villages. We're only 50 miles to Disney World in Orlando, Fl. We can send a DVD for more information of The Villages - A retirement community - a Golfers paradise. Known as "America's Most Friendly Hometown"! Everything is new and pristine. Only 1 1/2 hr. to beautiful beaches. Shuttle to Orlando Airport. 90,000 people live in The Villages. We leave with you our car, golf cart in a wonderful place to live and visit with lots to do.
