About our home

Relax by the porch, eat outside at the wooden family style table, or enjoy the sunset from the built in bench with cushions by the fire pit, all surrounded by apple, lemon, lime, plum, apricot and fig trees.

This original 1915 craftsman bungalow was tastefully renovated into a peaceful oasis, the perfect craftsman-architectural mix. Wooden and concrete floors featuring radiant heat, bathrooms with Ann Sachs tiles, beautiful light all day long, and total privacy minutes away from Abbott Kinney.

More about us

  1. We are a European family living in Los Angeles after many years in NYC.

  2. We love the outdoors, cinema and visiting friends in NYC, Europe and Latin-America.

  3. We are very friendly and helpful, and we look forward to hosting you as guests. We like to keep our place nice and clean, and hope you enjoy our little oasis in Venice Beach.

Neighbourhood

The house is conveniently located in one of the most quiet and calm areas in Venice, conveniently close to Mar Vista and Marina del Rey. Venice offers a unique and vibrant mix of activities and attractions, from its world famous boardwalk and beautiful beach to the shopper’s paradise of Abbot Kinney Blvd. The house is also close to the up-and-coming neighborhood of Mar Vista, with it's little cafes, restaurants and thrift shops, in case you want to stay away from the more touristy Venice area.
