About our home

This is a classic Venice bungalo built in 1923. The house is in wonderful condition with entirely private back yard, 7 minute walk to Abbot Kinney Boulevard, recently voted the hippest street in America. The beach is 15 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood is made up of a mix of cottages and modern houses, the residents of which are largely in the arts, or have lived here for 50 years. We are about half a block from Lincoln Boulevard which will take you to Santa Monica in 10 minutes, and LAX in 15.
