2 Bed 2Bath Beautiful, Resort Condo 5 min to Beach gorgeous golf course views in Vero Beach Florida!

This condo is in a medium size complex with all buildings no higher than 3 stories. It is on the second floor, with a direct gorgeous view of a championship golf course. The building has an elevator and the condos are situated around a beautiful lush landscaped courtyard.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed.
Next to our building is a designer decorated, two story, well appointed clubhouse with high speed internet, exercise room, reading room etc. Outside the clubhouse is the heated pool and spa.
There are two tennis courts across from the clubhouse. The city of Vero Beach has always been writen up in magazines as one of the most charming cities in Florida with many beautiful beaches and loads of cultural activities.
This condo is a rental and is available when it is not rented out to exchange or rent. We would probably be most interested in non simultaneous rentals but it depends on the timing.

Vero Beach is on Florida's Eastern Coast. The city of Vero Beach has a mainland and island component directly on the Atlantic Ocean. We are south of Cape Canaveral and north of Palm Beach. The City of Vero Beach offers parks, boardwalks, art museums etc. This is the last year the LA Dogers will be at Spring Training in Vero.

We love Vero. In the Summer we go to Western New York to visit with our Daughter. We also have a daughter out west in the state of Oregon so we like to visit there also.
