About our home

Some say "a picture is worth a thousand words" this case it's true.

Located only 20 minutes from Cripple Creek in the early prospecting town of Clyde, you will find this once in a life time offering. If you want to live in a hallmark card then this is the perfect place for you. The year around stream, lined with quaking aspens, meanders in front of the cabin. The pond casting the reflection of the surrounding mountains is nothing short of story book. The large front deck with the retractable covered awning is a perfect place to sit back relax unwind and enjoy your million dollar views. The 1,300 square foot cabin, built in 1934 has undergone a major interior renovation. The kitchen has all the modern luxuries from home like a stainless steel stove and new refrigerator. The tile center island is a great place to start the morning off, having the family sit around eating breakfast and discussing the day's activities. The brand new custom hardwood floors adds that extra touch of class. With 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath you will find it's the perfect place. The master bedroom boasts of vaulted ceilings. The cabin has been transformed into a true paradise "in paradise".

There are several species of wildlife in the area including elk, mule deer, birds and squirrels and the list goes on. This is the perfect place to view wildlife or walk off your property and hunt for big game. Grab your fly rods because just a stone's throw away is several ponds and the creek that offer great native brook trout fishing. Also close are several larger lakes teaming with rainbow trout and brown trout. There is no shortage of recreational opportunities in the area.

Taking a drive up the road lands you in historic Cripple Creek. This a great place to learn about the history on how the prospector lived and how they tried their hand at that elusive golden fortune. This is also a place where you can be a prospector for a day and try your luck at one of the many quant gaming halls. Take a tour through the old mining camps. How about a Sunday drive and watch the aspens as they change colors.

Whatever your passion for the outdoors is, you will be sure to find it at this perfect Colorado cabin.
