About our home

Surrounded by oak trees and golden hills, its peaceful setting makes this house a quiet get-away. The large master bedroom commands a view of hillside and oak trees, with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Dine informally in the breakfast nook or in the formal dining room, both adjacent to the modern kitchen. The gas stove and marble countertop faces the family room so that the hostess can socialize with guests while cooking. There is a separate studio downstairs, perfect for teens to enjoy their own space. We love the light, cheerful atmosphere created by the many windows that look out onto beautiful oak trees.

Neighbourhood

Only 3 kilometers away are blocks of smart, trendy shops and sparkling gourmet restaurants in down-town Walnut Creek, easily accessible by car, bicycle or foot. A public rail system "BART" is located 5 km from the house. It's easy to get to San Francisco in one hour.

We love the safe, friendly neighborhood. The neighbor's pet llama "Mack" can often be seen from our window.
