About our home

Our stunning home was built in the mid '80s in a historic area situated next to Georgetown University and walking distance to M Street and Wisconsin Avenue where the fashionable boutiques, beautiful parks, shops and restaurants of Georgetown are located. Georgtown is situated along the Potomac Waterfront in the Northwest quadrant of Washington DC. and has served as the homesite for well known politicians from Thomas Jefferson to John Kennedy.
Our home is situated on a private street in a small in-town community. The house is open and has tall ceilings and lots of natural light. The views from the back overlook all of Georgetown and the Potomac River. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has been recently renovated. There are 3.5 bathrooms all of which have been renovated. The family room on the lower level can be converted to a bedroom as there is a pull out sleeping couch and adjacent full bath. Walk out from family room to the secluded patio/garden which captures both morning and afternoon sunlight. The house is equipped with 4 HD, flat panel TVs, high speed internet and cable.
