About our home

Please find additional photos of our property, as well as 12 years of comments from guests, by going to our house website at Our house, located just off of the Old King's Highway (historic 6A) was designed and built in 2000 by local architects and builder.. Ben and I have lived in it full time since 2010, while enjoying retirement pursuits, including a good deal of travel through home exchanges (10 so far). Our house is at the end of a cul de sac and is extremely peaceful, with a wonderfully tranquil view over forest, marsh, harbor, sand dunes, and Cape Cod Bay; when the leaves fall off the trees the water view is particularly stunning. We are 10 minutes from Hyannis and area beaches.

More about us

  1. Ben and I love Cape Cod and outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, white water canoeing, and cross country skiing.

  2. We are a retired labor lawyer and school psychologist, respectively.

  3. We would be interested in swapping homes anywhere in the world, during any month except July and August, and are able to do non-simultaneous exchanges as well as swaps using Guest Points.
