About our home

My condo is in a full-service building called the Park Wellington located in one of the best areas of LA. This 2 bed/1.5 bath home is directly across the street from the famous Sunset Marquis hotel-they will even deliver room service to the Park Wellington. I will leave a menu for you! The building has 24 hour security, a beautiful salt water pool, a full-service gym and tennis courts. My unit has 2 plasma screen tv's a private balcony and is beautifully decorated. It feels like a hotel. You will be about a 1 min walk to famed Sunset Blvd and the exclusive shops on Sunset Plaza. The beach is a 15 min drive. You will not find a better location than this.

I am originally from LA and my boyfriend of 4 years is from Manchester, England. He is an actor and I work in Real Estate. We are very neat and respectful and take pride in our home. We are planning the trip in order for my boyfriend to meet with agents in London, so he can be represented for work there as well.
After seeing the movie "The Holiday" I was inspired to consider home exchange.
