About our home

Our home is described as an Arts and Crafts type Bungalow. The house is on a well maintained lot 50 ft x 137 ft (15 m x 42 m) and has a total living area in the house of 3043 SF (283 SM). The house was built in 1922 but has been completely modernized with new heating and air conditioning, completely remodeled country kitchen with all new appliances and two remodeled baths.

Where possible and practical we have kept the grace and charm of the 1920s style while still providing modern convenience. The floors are all original oak hardwood and are all refinished and beautiful.

We have a Living Room that features a 42 inch (106 CM) wide screen TV and a full Stereo System and MANY Cds and DVDs.

Our home has 3 Fireplaces, a formal dinning room, a music room along with the 4 bedrooms. We have Computers with High Speed Internet, unlimited long distance telephone within the US.

We have a large two car detached garage and a large rear deck with Barbecue along with a front porch with a swing seat for enjoying a Summer evening.

The house has lots of large windows and is light and bright.

Our neighborhood is called The Historic West End and is listed in The National Historic Registry. The designation requires residents to maintain the historic appearance of their homes. The homes are all from the 1920s.

We are 5 minutes by car from the Central Business District where the theaters and restaurants are located and 5 minutes from the historic area of Salem Village established in 1776. A walk to any of these areas is only 20 minutes.

Public transportation is a 5 minute walk as well, even though our Volvo S-70 and Honda CRV are available for your use.

As with many Americans we have several occupations...My wife is a Journalist, owns a Yoga Studio and is a Voice Actor.

I am a Pilot and Voice Actor.
