Wonderful quiet semi rural 3 bedroom home 1 hour from San Francisco to Swap

We have a 3+ bedroom, single level home located outside of San Francisco in beautiful Marin County. The house is a comfortable, well-furnished; and fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV's. electronics.
Two bedrooms have comfy queen size beds; one bedroom has a single.
It sits on 1/2 acre of land covered with rustic foliage and a vegetable garden.
We are an easy and beautiful drive to Stinson Beach, Bolinas, or The Point Reyes National Seashore; and 5 minutes from the arty town of Fairfax for shopping, nightlife, and dining.
Our home is in a small community northwest of San Francisco. If you want a quiet refuge from the busy city this is it. You can take the bus or drive into the city across the Golden Gate Bridge. There are miles and miles of walking/mountain-biking/equestrian trails in the Redwoods minutes away from our front door.We have a home-business so my wife is home working much of the time. I am a elementary school aide and the local school-bus driver. So I am off work from mid-June until mid-August.
My wife has spent time in Europe and has a smattering of Italian and French and Spanish. Our son can speak Spanish and I, speak English well.
We live on a busy street in a small community. We know a great many of the people in our neighborhood and feel like we have great place to live with caring warm neighbors.
