About our home

Only 30 minutes from Seattle, in the wine capital of the Northwest, Woodinville. Woodinville is known for our beautiful river valley, our small town vibe, and our growing community of celebrated wineries, craft breweries, cideries, and distilleries.

Comfortable, updated home for you and family to stay. Watch the horses go by on the trails, enjoy a local wine on the huge patio, swim in the hottub. Miles of biking/walking/jogging trails.

House features large master bedroom and bathroom, 2 rooms each with bunk beds, and a spare bedroom with a single bed. HDTV, wi-fi, audio system. Kitchen with modern appliances and eat-in dinette.

Toys available for children. No smoking household. Easy parking.
30 minutes from Seattle attractions. Or get outdoors - kayaking, hiking, skiing, backpacking, birding -- Seattle is the gateway to it all - in all four seasons!

My husband and I want to travel the world and visit our families in Ohio and Connecticut. We have a 10 year-old girl, and a 7-year-old boy. I am an at-home mom and my husband is an audio engineer. We have a cat and dog that we can board while you are here.

We have done several home exchanges and had a great experience with them.
