About our home

Our house is located in Parque Rodó which is an artistic and bohemian neighborhood with lots of antique houses which has been recycled, it is quiet and you can walk around everywhere. Two blocks from our house there are a few bus stops with many lines that can take you anywhere you want to go in Montevideo. There are a bunch of nice bars a couple of blocks from our house. It is beautiful to walk or bike around by day or night.

We love our house!! In the first floor we have the living room with chimney and lots of books, the kitchen and a small patio with a hanging orchard. In the second floor we have 2 bedrooms, sharing a bathroom, one of this rooms is ours. The extra room is nicely accommodated for 1 person. Then we have a third floor with Maria´s office and a beautiful terrace with barbecue, which we really enjoy.

The house has WI-FI and cable TV, we may include a TV on our extra room if our host demands it. We also have a bike that we can share with you.

It is Maria and Felipe living in this house, we love travelling and learning from different cultures, we now everything about Montevideo and will be willing to help you around. We will be travelling from April to July that is why our house is available!
