The neighboorhood is located 1-10 min (by car or walk) from the center of the historic Town of Pampatar, which has a spanish fort and an old beautiful church (1700´s). The town has some of the best restaurants onthe island, a few art galleries, and you can buy the fish of the day from the fisherman that bring it in the morning. The neighborhood is quet, and safe. The best commercial center of venezuela (EL Sambiel) is 5 min away driving. The buildings have two pools, one is 50 m away from our flat and it has a magnificent view of the ocean and the salt ponds nearby. The second pool is larger and is 300 m away in the bottom part of the complex. The neighborhood has an excellent location close to town and nice restaurants (5-10 min), and close to the best beaches (10-20 min) of the island.
