About our home

Small (25 square meters), with 4 floors, very tall ceilings. Balcony on 2 floors. Ground floor with small kitchen and dining area, also used for motorbikes. First floor is a sitting room / TV room with bathroom (easy for extra person to sleep here on comfy sofa), 2nd floor main bedroom with nice modern en-suite shower room, and top floor with sun terrace (or drying area) and washing machine.

The area is Hang Bun, the edge of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the main tourist area in Hanoi. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem lake - or a 5 minute taxi ride. This area is pedestrianised during the weekend and nice to visit.

Air conditioning all over - but you won't need it in February (may need it in March)

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

A nice walk around Truc Bach Lake (500 meters away) on one side, or a 5 minute walk to Phan Dinh Phung (street) - Hanoi's prettiest street - the other side of the property. This isn't an expat area like Tay Ho, but rather a relatively affluent and clean locals area close to the heart of Hanoi. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is a nearby must see, as is getting lost in the narrow windy streets of the Old Quarter, near where the property is located.
