Resort home 2 minute walk to tropical beach

“Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay in the Schermerhorn's home. We had much correspondence in the previous months, as well as signed contracts, which made both of us feel very comfortable with sharing our home and possessions with one another. Their son and his girlfriend met us at the house to orient us and introduce us to the dogs (which we also exchanged for the week) which was very helpful. However they were not obtrusive at all as we never saw them the rest of the week. Our hosts had left out several local magazines, brochures and maps which helped us decide on things to do and find our way around. We also traded cars and were able to visit with Karen and Roy in person for a few minutes at the airport curb. We took out our suitcases, they put theirs in and soon drove away! Perfect timing! :) We found their home to be spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved the nearby access to the beach and had a wonderful stay in California. A hearty recommendation!!”
