“Hilary frankly did me an enormous favour. Although her home was not available on the dates I requested for my daughter, Saskia and her partner, she offered an independent guest room in her garden. It was perfect for what they needed. Very comfortable, tasteful and well kitted out. She went beyond the call of duty and supplied them with yoghurt, cereal and other basics. Hilary's communication with me and Saskia was excellent, despite her being on holiday when I sent my enquiry.
