“Did not undertake this swap. We tried on numerous occasions to contact the host prior to our stay, but no response. The we were contacted a few days prior by text. However, the listing no longer appeared on the website and LHS was no help either. In the end we needed up booking and paying for alternative accommodation. Very disappointed. Guest's response: "I received the request and approved the booking. I text Fluer 3 days before booking to let them know how to access my property and to make sure all was ok. I’m not sure how they tried to contact me as there was no message on Love home swap and I don’t know what other calls they made. I did have cleaner go in and make sure all was ready for the stay.
