“This was an experience of a lifetime It is one of the most peaceful places I have ever been to. Angela is such a lovely person and made everything so easy for me to get there with excellent instructions which was great as I did not speak Portuguese and was travelling on my own (!) Forest hideaway is a dream place .Beautifully simple but everything you might possibly need is there .The river is magical and sitting on the deck watching the boats go by is so dreamy. The visits to the nearby villages by foot or by motorbike is great we walked through forest and found Brazil nuts and Copacu and Cacoa beans and orange trees to mention just a few .We met family's making Cassava flour the traditional way and Maricielda makes her own chocolate which is delicious .Chico who takes care of everthing is a really kind man And Naomi is a wonderful cook .Swimming is great the river is a bit brown but really clean during my stay i saw many dolphins too If you are looking for true peace you will find it here. .Thank you for everything Angela ❤ I will be back ”
