“La distanza dal centro città non è proprio quella descritta, la casa è in una zona periferica difficile da raggiungere. La casa è descritta come piccola, e lo sapevamo, ma il fatto che sia piena di tutte le loro cose (spazzolini compresi) e che quindi non ci sia lo spazio per aprire la propria valigia e sistemare le proprie cose la rende invivibile. Visto che sapevano del caldo incredibile nei giorni dello scambio avrebbero potuto almeno procurare un ventilatore. *************HOST RESPONSE *********** We have really valued how Andreina and Mauro took care of us in Sardegna and were doing our best to make their stay enjoyable in Prague. Unfortunately, constructions are going on in whole Prague this summer, so travelling might have taken more time than normally. We have informed you about day and night tram / bus connections in advance - I am not sure what else we could have done. We have also removed all toys and baby equipment from the living space in our primary residence. We kept the food, clothes and toiletries in closets, like we do when other guests come. We do not use A/C or fans during summers (not even for our baby). If we knew that an empty closet, no personal belongings in the bathroom and a fan would have made your stay more comfortable, we would have loved to arrange that. It is a pity that we only learn about your needs from this review. From our Whatsup conversations, we understood that you enjoyed the travels through Bohemia and Moravia. This is important for us as we were hoping you would find what you were looking for and would return with some good memories.”
