“Lena and her family hosted us for a week and a half as our very first swap on this site. The apartment has a top location in one of Berlin's most charming neighbourhoods. It's right in the middle of everything, but since the apartment is in the building in the backyard, it is not noisy. WIth its tall ceilings, it has a real spacious feel to it, and it is very kid friendly. Lena was the best host, I could imagine. Very kind, considerate and thorough communication and always available to answer any questions. So even though we never met, we felt totally taken care of. For anyone going to Berlin, I would recommend talking to Lena about it.”
