“First point is that we hadn't traveled to Guatemala before and heard some things to be concerned about. We not only didn't have any safety issues but found people to be friendly, and helpful. Scenery of Antigua and at the house around Lake Atitlan are stunning. Beautiful is an understatement. We didn't have a car at the lake and didn't need one. The transportation by boat or tuktuk couldn't be much easier. The house itself is truly unique. Combination of rustic and chic. Very tasteful and stylish. Finally, Lucia was very accommodating and in touch with us throughout the trip. She was super responsive if we had questions. We couldn't have asked for more. ”
