“We had a brilliant swap experience in the town of Killarney at the home of Maria, Ger, Méabh and Gráinne. As a family with 3 children, it suited us down to the ground. There was lots of toys for our children to play with, a lovely little enclosed back garden with a large trampoline and nice cosy bedrooms. The house is in a great location, closely situated to the town- centre. The area is in a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood. Nearby are plenty of shops, restaurants, hotels and pubs within walking- distance or a quick spin in the car. Within driving- distance is the splendid Killarney National Park with the beautiful Gap of Dungloe, Ross Castle and Muckross House being our particular favourites. The location of the house is perfect to get on the road for day- trips to Dingle/ Blaskets and Valentia Island/ Skellings. Thank you Maria, Ger, Méabh and Gráinne for also taking care of our dogs so well and for all the helpful communication throughout! Our house was cleaned from top to bottom and spotless when we returned home! Overall it was very enjoyable and a great experience!”
