“On the plus side, the apartment is located in nice neighborhood about a 20 minute cab ride from the heart of Dublin. Public transportation is nearby, but we did not use it. The apartment is on the buildings first floor which provides easy access from the street. It has a spacious living /dining area (16 ft high ceilings), and an adequately sized kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge and necessary appliances and utensils to allow cooking. (There are three steps to access the lower kitchen from the living room). The 2nd floor bedroom is modestly sized and the adjacent bathroom, with separate bathtub and small shower stall, is functional and adequately sized for one person. Two can use it simultaneously, but it is a little tight. The overall condition of the rooms is very good, freshly painted and well, if sparsely, appointed. The TV, internet service, and room temperature controls are all modern and easy to operate. All-in-all it is a nice property for one or two people. On the negative side, the apartment could have used a good cleaning before we arrived. Upon arrival, we made the bed, took out the trash and had to deal with very low water pressure for what proved to be an entire first day. The owner corrected this last issue as quickly as he could (caused by an On/Off booster pump switch having been inadvertently turned off by the owner before he left). Communication with the owner before and during our stay was cordial and easy. The owner fixed the booster pump issue and throughout our experience responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner.”
