“What an amazing location! James' clean and comfortably modern home is in a safe neighborhood and ideally situated between the touristy action and a more authentic neighborhood. Being across from the soccer complex also made for great people watching and was super interesting--the complex management was also kind enough to allow me and my nephews to play soccer on their field even though it was for the locals only . I highly recommend staying here because it was centrally located to bustling Quinta Avenida, within walking distance to the Cozumel ferry and a major grocery store, and easily drive-able to Xcaret, Tulum, and Xel-Ha where we had fabulous day trips. As for James, he is a true pro at swapping and excellent in proactively sending you what you need to know about local information. You should not have ANY hesitation in working with him and sending cleaning fee payment in advance. Helpful tip for guests: just be sure to monitor your electricity and drinking water usage carefully, as those coming from the U.S. most likely are not accustomed to doing so.”
