“We had a great week in Kathy's house in Kaikoura, property was exactly as described, well equipped and very clean. Communication with Kathy was great. We enjoyed the walk over the Hill into the township for a coffee each morning. Also enjoyed the walk on the peninsula past the seal coloney. We did a kayaking trip and the dolphins put on a show for us, it was amazing. The Pier Hotel is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Kaikoura has a great little picture theartre, 2 golf courses, excellent fishing & a nice community feel about it. Kathy left our home immaculate and we would be happy to do another swap. ”
