“Luxurious and large holiday home with gorgeous wild, windy ocean views. Our blended family of six needed four-bedroom accommodation at short notice after holiday plans in Christchurch fell through. We wanted to see a bit of the countryside so were happy to venture further away. I searched for holiday homes and Anna and Stephen’s weekender was available. Stephen was very relaxed and generous and the points swap went without a hitch. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, spotless and in a beautiful remote location. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen The walk down to the beach was easy and, although the village is very small and quiet, those we met were very friendly. The kids loved searching for fossils and I enjoyed quiet walks along the sandy beach. I didn’t feel confident to swim without a local guide or lifesavers although it seemed warm enough. It’s stays like these that set house swapping well above other options. Thank you Stephen and Anna. ”
