“Are you considering visiting Slovenia? We would highly recommend to swap with Igor and Gabrijella from Maribor. They live in a beautifull neighborhood!. From their terrace you have a great view over Maribor and the mountain Pohorje. I&G are 2 warm, caring and very nice people. They gave us an unforgettable time in their house and in Slovenia (and in Maribor). We have been warmly welcomed by them. Their attention and warmth made us feel very much at home. They spent 10 days in our house. And We had an absolutely wonderful (almost 3 weeks) time in their place. The first day we spent time with them. At the end of our stay they took us on a bicycle trip. It was great to explore the beautiful city with them and having a bike ride in the surrounding countryside. What an experience to discover unknown places with these 2 enthusiastic bikers. Due to of the central position of Maribor, we did not only explored different parts of Slovenia with it’s diverse nature and culture but we also were able to take trips to Austria, Croatia and even Italy! When we returned home, we found our house in perfect condition and clean. We enjoyed our swap with Gabriejella and Igor. We highly recommend an exchange with these nice people.
