The location was exceptionally convenient to the Walled City, to groceries, restaurants, and shopping, to walking along the very reasonable public transportation and along the River Foyle. Derry/LondonDerry is a charming city, one where we were fortunate to spend the time and would find a pleasant place to live! We could have spent more time there! It was easy to drive or bus/train to Belfast, Giant's Causeway, Donegal and Inishowen! Many options to do and we did! The home was clean, well-equipped with everything needed to live and to be comfortable. Nuala provided many extra touches to be warm and welcoming, and communicated, responded attentively. This is one of the best examples of the joys and advantages of Home Exchanges, where you feel welcome, trusted, and have all the advantages of home! PLUS, the extra local contact, advice and information on what to do and how to do it, in their area of the world, a huge benefit of home exchanging! We appreciate their membership in an exchange and in opening and trusting their home to us, to enjoy and stay during our holiday!
