“The appartment was very spacious and clean with everything you could need including washer and dryer, big spa tub - and came with lots of other facilities for free - pools, hot tubs, mini-golf and use of a large gym. We were actually in a different resort than the one the family usually used but it was brilliantly located near Universal Studios - we were lake front with a beautiful view. Julie was a pleasure to deal with - and the family certainly looked after our house - there was very little sign that they had been at all. Another great swap - this one non-simultaneous.”
