This was an incredibly rude gesture. You owed us the common courtesy to discuss your concerns with us. The cottage is only 9 years old, it is well maintained, the garden is beautiful, the picket fence was partially repainted just before your arrival. The exterior was painted 12 months ago. Our gardener/maintenance man Daniel spoke to you twice, you never said a word to him about your dissatisfaction. Of course it’s near the sea, that is the allure of all 3 of our properties. ”
