Any questions we asked of them were promptly answered & they went way beyond that with the information left for us. It was the 1st home swap for both of us & I can only hope their experience was as seamless & enjoyable as ours. The gated complex in which they live is basically a "Resort" with everything you could hope to have at your disposal. A beautiful pool, great tennis court, gorgeous gardens & a very functional gym which my son & I used on numerous occasions. The driver (Duc) & the maid (Xuan) were unbelievable & made our stay even more pleasurable & easy. Vietnam itself is an experience that should be had by everyone in their lifetime. The city of Ho Chi Minh is so full of life & the people are so friendly & helpful. The countryside & beaches around Hoi An were great & the markets & shops in general were so much fun. I can’t recommend a house swap with Melinda & Stuart highly enough. A first class experience at an economy price.”
