Notre appartement a une jolie vue sur le Pont Neuf, la Seine et les bouquinistes. Il est situé à 5 minutes du Musée du Louvre et de la Samaritaine au coeur de Paris. À distance de marche de tous les sites intéressants de la ville, des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques. La maison est au 3ème étage d'un immeuble de 1870. Soit 150 m² avec une entrée, un séjour et 4 chambres avec 2 salles de bains (une baignoire et une douche). Les 3 premières chambres ont un lit pour 2 personnes. Notre 4ème chambre est une chambre d'enfant avec 3 lits superposés. Nous n'avons pas d'animaux, cependant nous acceptons les personnes venant avec un petit chien (nous n'acceptons pas les chats ou les gros chiens). L'appartement est lumineux et très bien situé. Il est sur les Quais de Seine (double vitrage) avec accès par Ascenseur.

Magnifique vue sur le Pont Neuf   

Paris Studio situated across the street from Notre Dame Cathedral. Its small but it is cozy and comfortable with all amenities. Sleeps 4 with a double bed in the mezzanine and a bed-couch in the living room. The location is simply unparalleled, meters away from the famous Pont Neuf and 5 minutes from Saint Germain des Pres and Le Louvre, please check the map to have an idea how central this really is.

Studio Right Across Notre Dame

This 48m² apartment is located in the 7th district of Paris, next to the Saint Germain des Prés border and the Seine River, in a 17th century building. It is located in the "antiquarian" district of Paris: very typical and calm. It is also nearby the Musée d’Orsay. It is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

After entering the apartment, you have the kitchen on the right side equipped with all the necessary amenities: oven, micro-wave, hood, Nespresso coffeemaker, fridge, freezer…

On the left side, the living room can welcome 4 people with a lot of comfort. There is a television, and a sofa. There is also a desk next to the windows, as a workspace. The large windows bring a lot of natural light to the room.

The bedroom is located in front of the living room after crossing the central corridor. It has a king size bed, many closets and drawers and is located on the courtyard side for silence matters. The ensuite bathroom is composed of a bathtub with shower handle, a toilet and a washbasin.

A guest bathroom is available between the living room and bedroom with a toilet and a washbasin.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing and drying machine, a high speed internet connection (non-shared), cable TV channels and a landline phone.

Our apartement is a great place to stay with kids for a typical Parisian journey.
The 3 bedrooms are large, kids can play and have intimacy, you can take your breakfast/lunch/dinner in the kitchen (fully equipped) or in the dining room, enjoy the confortable living room full of design furniture and arty books…
The bathroom with shower + bathtub just has been renovated for your biggest comfort.

Our apartment is sunny all day long, calm from morning to night, situated in a very safe and chic neighborhood.
You are 3’ away, by walk, to The Musee d’Orsay, 5’ away by walk to The Tuileries, 10’ away by walk to The Louvre and 10’ away by walk to Saint Germain des Pres. The neighborhood is well know for his cafés (Flore!), galeries, design and fashion shops : you are 8’ away by walk to the famous department store Le Bon Marché.

Sorry but as we do not live in Paris  WE REQUEST  5 NIGHTS POINTS MINIMUM AND 50 EUROS FOR THE CLEANER
Our second floor apartment (quite narrow stairway and NO  lift) was my  home until returning to UK so is fully furnished in antique style with modern appliances including Hi Fi, TV with English news channels etc. ). So not a sparsely furnished holiday home. 
We and our family visit regularly. 
5 metro stations within 2 to 10 minutes walk. 
The apartment is in a wonderfully bustling semi- pedestrianised market street above great French bakery - occasional delightful scents drift up. 
Very efficient double- glazing which locks out most noise 
Living room and bedroom ( standard size standard double bed -not king size )separated by sliding door. Shower and bathroom behind bedroom and separate loo off corridor. 
Numerous restaurants and supermarkets within a stone's throw. 
Short walking distance to Notre Dame, Pompidou Centre, River Seine, Les Halles garden and, shopping centre and multi- cinema ( English language films -VO)
We have done over 70 exchanges and all without problem. So now we prefer to exchange with points to have a better chance of going to the places we still hope to visit. 

35 sq M studio apartment absolute centre of Paris

En plein centre de Paris,à côté du centre Pompidou,Les Halles et le Louvre,un appartement très au calme dans ce quartier animé…une très grande pièce de 50m2 haute de plafond (3,60 m),,6 marches plus haut,une chambre confortable,une grande salle de bains et des wC séparés.

Appartement dans hôtel particulier 17e siècle

Nous proposons un appartement plein de charme à Saint-Germain des Près, à deux pas de la Seine. Il fait 75m2 et a une vue magnifique sur la Tour Eiffel et l'hôtel de la Monnaie.
Une très grande chambre avec king size bed (vue magnifique sur tout Paris) et une petite chambre (sur cour) avec un lit simple.
Un salon (vue Paris), une salle à manger et une cuisine toute équipée.
Salle de douche et WC avec lave linge et sèche linge
L'immeuble est magnifique et classé. L'appartement est typiquement parisien, chaleureux, agréable à vivre, dans un immeuble calme et résidentiel. 
L'appartement est au 5ème étage avec ascenseur, il est très clair et calme.
La vue est magnifique depuis la grande chambre et le salon !

It can welcome 4 people and is entirely circled by the terrasse (85 square feet, fifth floor). View on the 5 stars palace Cheval Blanc and the Louvre. 100 m to the subway station Louvre Rivoli and near to Palais Royal/Jardins des Tuileries.

Located in the first arrondissement of Paris, my home is a cozy 4th floor apartment. Very well equipped : 
Living room : large flat screen TV (Netflix and cable channels), high speed internet
Kitchen : oven/microwave/oven, toaster, juicer, blender, fridge, cooking plate, washing machine, dryer
Bedroom : Queen size bed, desk, laptop screen, remote control lights
Bathroom : Bath, hairdryer, bathroom heating
The apartment has 3 large windows that let in the morning sun (north oriented) and not hot in the summer. It also has electric heating.
The location is one of the best assets ; located in the famous Rue Saint-Honoré, at 5-min walking distance from the Louvre museum and the Tuilerie Garden, the main other attractions are also at walking distance, with famous restaurants around the corner and a super market in the same building for groceries.
