Located in a peaceful area 2km from Olhos da Agua this modern three bedroom villa has all that you could possibly wish for an enjoyable holiday. Your own private garden with BBQ, sun loungers, etc make it ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing with your favourite book whilst soaking up the sun. The garden leads into an even larger garden area with a communal pool. As this is a small exclusive condominium (only 9 villas). The pool area is never overcrowded. Not far is the famous beaches of Olhos da Agua and Albufeira. In the evenings a short drive will take you to the vibrant town of Albufeira with it's enormous selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and lively nightlife. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a selection of 8 top class courses all of which are within a 20 minute drive. For a great day´s entertainment why not visit any of the water theme parks scattered along the coastline. These include Zoomarine, Aqua Show, Slide and Splash etc.

Our main house has recently been completely undated.  Large glass doors open from bedrooms and living/dining room onto a large covered dining terrace and outdoor  lounge area which  the overlooks the sparkling pool and beautiful gardens  filled with mature trees. There is a large built in BBQ overlooking the pool. Although situated in the middle of the bustling fishing village it is peaceful and very private. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge has an open fire The master bedroom en-suite opens off the living room at one end of the house and two further en suite bedrooms  form a wing at the other end. With its separate entrance and terrace the studio with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, leather sofas, kitchenette and shower offers a self contained and private space. At the end of the garden is a one bedroom cottage with glazed panels that open to invite in the beautiful gardens. Within minutes are supermarkets, local market, bars, restaurants, buses to Albufeira, Viilamoura and Faro. From Vilamour's Marina it is possible to book fishing trips, dolphin trips, boats, cave and BBQ trips. The stunning Ria Formasa nature reserve is a 30 minute drive and offers private islands, bird watching, guided nature boat trips, and walks. The Algarve has some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world and we have several right on our doorstep. Falesia beach stretches for 5 kilometres of unspoilt sand backed by dramatic pine clad red cliffs and is accessible from the village. The fresh seafood is fantastic with the Algavian cataplana a must try at local restaurants. Some of the most unbelievable sunsets In the world accompany a beach meal with your feet virtually in the ocean. This is our family home and we have some toys, inflatables and games We have a large library of fiction and non fiction books, and a bench press in one of the out houses. We also have a child's car seat and a booster.
