Open to offers for points or swaps any time.  Located across the street from the gondola, you could not ask for a better location in Bansko. Our building has private parking, a 3 phase charger for electric cars and a ski rental depot at the entrance. We have a master bedroom that sleeps two people, a guest room that sleeps four people and a pull out couch in the living room that sleeps another two people.  We installed a new kitchen with Gorenje appliances in Jan. 2019. We also have a fireplace in the living room.  While we mostly go there to ski in the winter, Bansko is a wonderful destination year round with plenty of other activities nearby including hiking, mountain biking, thermal baths, horse riding, and golf. The Old Town of Bansko is also quite charming to walk around.  If you are traveling with more people, we have another 2 bedroom flat in the same building.

Located in the highest point in town a cozy and well furnished apartment in an all year round resort in the popular town of Bansko. in Bulgaria. besides skiing in winter it offers wonderful views and good walking and outdoor sports in the summer. with a number of spas including mineral spas nearby . The elevated position provides fantastic panoramic views of the Pirin mountains and near the Todorka and Vihren Peaks. The spectacular location in the foothills of the Pirin Mountains provides easy access to the centre of Bansko and the ski lift which is about 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car. Our home is cozy and well furnished and has a home from home feel.
