Our condo is right ON the Harbour with beautiful views of the water and the weekend firework displays.  Highly upgraded condo, steps from everything the city has to offer. Ferry stop right downstairs to take you almost anywhere you want to go and a 10 minute walk to the famous Pitt Street mall. An endless list of amazing restaurants starts right outside the door.  As we are right in the middle of everything the city and harbour have to offer, there is just too much to list, but you can see some of what our immediate neighborhood has to offer here: http://barangaroo.sydney/
This doesn't include Darling Harbour, which we are located directly on or Sydney's CBD, which we are actually in the middle of as well.

Built in 1876, our State heritage-listed home has been restored in recent years. 
It has two living areas. A first-floor sitting room has French doors and a veranda overlooking the street, with views to the Harbour Bridge. The ground-floor TV room has 2 leather sofas that convert to extra single beds, a cast-iron daybed and a piano. This room has rough-hewn sandstone walls and is beautifully cool in summertime. 
A new kitchen was installed in 2022, with all the usual fittings. 
The sun-filled dining room seats 8-10 and opens onto a private courtyard with a barbecue. 
There is one large family bathroom and a separate 'out-house' - i.e. WC and hand-basin accessed via the courtyard. 
The master bedroom and second bedroom are identical in size. They both have ornamental fireplaces and French doors leading to verandas and views over Sydney Harbour.  Both have queen beds. 
There are two bedrooms at attic level. One has a double bed and harbour views through a dormer window. The other has a queen bed. Both are air-conditioned. 
The house has wifi and multiple data points. 
Millers Point is quiet but centrally located at the edge of the Sydney CBD and historic Rocks area. This is Sydney’s oldest district, entirely heritage listed, a haven for lovers of colonial Georgian or Victorian architecture. Surrounded by Sydney Harbour on three sides, The immediate area has fantastic theatres, restaurants, cafes and pubs. There's a farmers market on Monday evenings and a large craft market on summer weekends.  It is easy walking distance from the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, art galleries, museums, more restaurants and lovely small shops.  Darling Harbour and Sydney CBD are also walking distance away. Local parks include Barrangaroo Reserve, Observatory Hill and the Royal Botanic Gardens. 
Nearest bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk and 10 minutes' walk away there are trains, ferries and other buses that go Bondi Beach, Manly or anywhere in Sydney.

Situated at the southern end of the CBD opposite Hyde Park with superb views of the harbour and city. Walk to all major attractions, Circular Quay, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour etc. Buses and train station outside door. Bondi Beach approx 15 mins by car.

I live in the south of Sydney and have 3 adult sons. We use the apartment as a city getaway. I usually travel with friends or family.

This grown ups only apartment was completely renovated in 2013 and offers the latest finishes, furniture and technology. Surround sound B&O speakers can be accessed from any mobile device via airplay. The TV is hidden inside a purpose built console that is controlled remotely. The mirrrored wall and splash back reflect the harbour and give the illusion of a larger space. The kitchen is a cool, white resin and silver wall of integrated appliances with a blue resin wall that conceals a walk in pantry and laundry and echoes the blue green hues of the harbour. The kitchen overlooks the dining and sitting area with views to the harbour. The main bedroom with purpose built joinery includes a white marble en suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom which serves as a study, also contains a leather sofa that coverts to a double bed. The apartment is in a 24 hour security block and is accessible via concierge services from 7am to 9pm daily.
