Our second home is located in Key Colony Beach in the middle of the Florida Keys. It is bright and airy and the patio has a wonderful waterfront view of the bay with gorgeous sunrises (perfect for breakfast and coffee). The front of our place also faces another bay and has beautiful sunsets that rival Key West. It has been completely redone in September of 2019 due to Hurricane Irma with new tile floor, central air, new kitchen, new bath and all modern appliances. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa with a queen size mattress in the living room. The bonus room has a washer, dryer, full size futon and half bath.  We also have a membership to the Cabana Club that you can use that has a small ocean front beach with a large pool, hot tub, bar and small eatery.  

Florida Keys Getaway on the water!!

Our second home is located in Key Colony Beach in the middle of the Florida Keys.  Since it is our second home, we are available for non-simultaneous exchanges.  Being in the middle keys, our location is perfect for exploring the entire keys (within an hour and 15 minutes from every location on the Florida Keys).  It is bright and airy and the patio has a gorgeous open water view of Bonefish Bay to enjoy the Florida Keys sunrises. The front of our home faces Shelter Bay and has beautiful sunsets that rival Key West.  Due to being destroyed by Hurricane Irma in 2017, our home had to be completely rebuilt -- so EVERYTHING is brand new.  It is beautifully furnished with all of the modern appliances. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room.  There is a bonus room with a half bath and full-size fold-down futon.  You would have membership access to the Cabana Club (walking distance ~ 0.5 mile) where you can enjoy the beach, pool, cabana bar, snack bar, etc. --http://thecabanaclubkeycolonybeach.com/
