The apartment is a great location as a base to explore the bustling towns of Lamai and Chaweng and Bophut Fishermans Village where shopping, food and nightlife are available.


Koh Samui airport is only 20 Km away and a mere one hour flight South of Bangkok or East of Phuket. There are daily flights to Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.

Sophisticated Tropical Luxury - Koh Samui Thailand

Set in Koh Samui, on Tong Krut Beach, Ama Lur - A Stunning, Luxury Beachfront ﬁve Bedroom Villa oﬀers
accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a ﬁtness centre. Located on the beachfront, this
property has many features, on entering the villa grounds you are greeted with a vast entrance way and
waterfalls as you walk along the stepping stones into the main pavilion. You can enter via either side of the
entrance hall by staircase leading up both sides into the main living and reception area’s.

There are ﬁve bedrooms in this beautiful spacious villa, two are beachfront pavilions, all have en-suite
bathrooms. There is a large kitchen with a microwave and double refrigerator, every room has a ﬂat-screen TV, 
There is seating for up to twenty people in the living room, with a dining room table large enough for
twelve guests. There are seven bathrooms in the property, there is also a Jacuzzi and Sauna. The property is
walled in with a large electric gate at the entrance, there is enough space to park several cars in the parking
area at the front of the villa.

The villa beneﬁts from twenty ﬁve metres of beach frontage, looking directly at the South of Thailand
with stunning views of the nearby island’s. Koh Taen, Koh Mud Sum and Koh Raap are available to visit daily
from the local pier, a ﬁve minute walk along the beachfront. The view from the pool and the living areas is
simply breathtaking. The swimming pool in this property is eighteen metres in length with an inﬁnity edge
and shallow areas at both ends. There is a huge sun terrace with sun loungers and sun shades for relaxing
by the pool, there is also a Jacuzzi for four people. On the other side of the pool is a large Sala with a sink,
bar area and refrigerator. There is direct access to the beach via a gate on the sea wall.

There is a service charge for cleaning and housekeeping of 500 THB per room per day.

If guests would like the staff to shop for them during their stay, there will be a 20% service charge on top of the cost of goods.

ABOUT OUR HOME:

Our gorgeous villa is located in the tropical paradise of Mae Nam on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Located in a gated community with around 20 other luxury homes, this beautiful and peaceful site is the perfect location for a truly incredible break. 

With four children of our own, our lovely home is equipped for every age group – and with air conditioning, cable TV and good Wifi, plus plenty of space for the whole family – we’re confident that you’ll find everything you need for the most relaxing retreat. 

‘Baan Flora’ is our much-loved holiday home, and it has been shared and enjoyed by many Love Home Swappers. With a cleaner and on-site management team, plus an incredible location that has easy access to multiple sights and experiences, we look forward to helping you plan an amazing break.

Bedrooms:
There are three large, stylish bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space. Two of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and adjoining balcony. We also have a fourth bedroom which currently doubles up as our study. This can be set up with cots for two babies (we can provide you with these cots, as our twins have now outgrown them!)

Outside:
With a deep private swimming pool, a sheltered seating and dining area by the pool (with a fan over the table) and pretty gardens – all surrounded by a coconut plantation – our home is perfectly suited to the tropical heat! 

Location:
Our spacious villa is situated 2km inland and is set in stunning landscaped gardens. Just a five-minute drive from the idyllic beach in Mae Nam, the area is peaceful and safe. Locally, there are lots of great restaurants both on the beach and lining the streets of the sleepy village, while the beach itself is a little slice of heaven. With beautiful sand and calm waters, it’s simply stunning. Car hire is essential if you want to explore the island – we can advise you on where to hire a car – and there is a huge amount to do locally. You’ll find some of our highlights below, and we’d be delighted to talk you through the many options.

The villa  is situated on the east side of Bophut Beach, which is still partly untouched, lined only by a few private villas. Guests will literally have the beach all to themselves for most of the day. There are over 40 restaurants a short walk along the beach in Fisherman's Village  and activities such as diving, sailing and fishing are available in the area. Santiburi and Royal Samui golf clubs are both about 9 km away.
