Lovely two bedroom, tastefully finished and comfortable apartment located close to Le Prarion cable car in Les Houches. It is ideal for couples and families wishing to enjoy a quiet location with nearby village amenities within easy reach. 
The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with double doors leading onto the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms ( 1 double, one with twin beds that can be made into a king ) and a sofabed in the lounge. There is a shower room, separate WC, wifi amd washer/dryer. The new owners of the apartment have recently added new lighting, beds, bedding, crockery and kitchen equipment.

Stunning modern chalet situated at the foot of the Glacier of Les Bossons. The private sunny terrace has views of the stunning chain of Mt-Blanc. The chalet is well equipped with a full Italian kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace for those winter nights and a fire pit for those summer ones. Chamonix centre is a 15-minute cycle or a 5-minute drive from the chalet with convenient bus & train lines just a 10-minute walk away.

Lovely family home situated just 2 miles from the centre of Chamonix, but benefiting from the relative calm of Les Bossons. Enjoy the stunning views over L'Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc whilst relaxing in the comfortable yet modern open-plan chalet. 4 bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for up to 4 adults and 3 children. Hot tub in the garden to relax in after a days skiing or hiking.  Easy access by car or public transport to all the mountain ski areas in winter, and by foot or bike direct onto the mountain trails in summer.

4 Bed Chalet with mountain views in Chamonix. 

Our home is in the quiet traditional mountain village of Servoz, it is 7 minutes drive to Les Houches and 15 mins drive to Chamonix. Village amenities can be reached easily within a few minutes walk - there are two very good restaurants, a bar and mini supermarket close-by. You can take beautiful mountain hikes or snow shoe walks from the house. The Chamonix Valley, Geneva, Italy and Switzerland can all be reached easily by car. It's in a perfect location for anyone who enjoys mountain views, hiking, swimming in the nearby lake, skiing and other mountain sports. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, two bathrooms, separate downstairs WC, wifi, washing machine / dryer,  dining and lounge area. The garden and balcony have spectacular mountain views. 

We are open to all offers and we don't mind swapping with much smaller properties. Please note that due to our location, we have different points per night, depending on the time of year:

8th January and all of March - 250 per night
February - 300 per night
April, June and September - 150 per night
July - August - 250 per night
October - 20th Dec - 150 per night
21st December - 7th January 300 per night

Please also note that due to allergies, we are sadly unable to have pets staying in our home. Our youngest son also has severe food allergies and we therefore ask that nuts, sesame seeds and white fish aren't bought into our home.

Chalet Caribou boasts 4 bedrooms (1 is Mezzanine room) 1 with ensuite bathroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burner and dining area seating. Large rear garden with BBQ and wood fire / deck chairs. Garage for ski's - Boot drying area.Parking for 2 cars. Chalet Caribou is located in the pretty mountain village of Vaudagne, 5 minutes drive from the bars, restaurants and lift system of Les Houches. Chamonix is 15mins
Chalet Caribou has 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable double and single beds. The chalet can sleep up to 8/10 people. There are 2 bathrooms. The living area is well appointed and comfortable with WiFi, stereo system, Bose and TV, DVD. The dining table has seating for 8/10 and well equipped kitchen. The centre piece of the living area is the wood burner that keeps the whole house warm and welcoming.

Family friendly - cots/baby items can be provided upon request.
The front of the chalet has a balcony with views out of the valley across to the Chaine des Fiz mountains and the Mont Blanc range. There is also a large garden with BBQ and wood fire.
Summer or winter Chalet Caribou offers a very peaceful and pretty location along with good standard accommodation.

Chalet Caribou is located in the pretty mountain village of Vaudagne, 5 minutes drive from the bars, restaurants and lift system of Les Houches. Chamonix is 15mins.

Our home is a large renovated farmhouse. It has a large open plan kitchen / sitting room on the first floor with a big central fireplace and sliding doors onto the balcony. On the ground floor is a large entrance hall with big corner sofa and large fireplace. In the basement is a TV / games room. There are four double bedrooms and one bunk room.  All bedrooms are ensuite. There are two additional WCs.  
We have two large trampolines, a ping pong table and an air hockey / table football table. There’s a watt exercise bike. 

Luxurious Ski Chalet of 350 sq m 

This great apartment offers 'home from home' accommodation in a quiet location. All amenities - ski slopes, cable car, restaurants, bars and boulangerie are an easy and convenient walk away.

The apartment benefits from a large, spacious storage area and a locked garage, making it a good choice for anyone with bicycles, lots of sports gear and pushchairs. It has high speed wifi, a washing machine, full sized oven, fridge freezer and well equipped kitchenette.

The comfortable, light lounge area has board games, puzzles and a selection of books. There is an en-suite shower room,separate WC and family bathroom. The space is best suited for 4 people ( double room and bunk bed room ) or a maximum of 6 can be accommodated if the comfortable sofabed in the lounge is used.

In summary, the apartment offers comfortable, well equipped accommodation for groups and couples who want to be close to the local village centre and ski resort amenities

Cosy apartment in great mountain location 

Our 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is the converted ground floor of a traditional French Ski Chalet in the beautiful village of Les Houches near Chamonix, in the French Alps.
