Our home is comfortable, clean and it has all what you need: kitchen, living-room, 3 bedrooms and two toilets. It is sun-oriented so you may have lovely sunny light all day long. It is near to public transport, to the old town and Palma's beach. It is perfect for spending some days for visiting our beautiful city.

Our home is ideally located in a quiet suburb of Palma, a family friendly property with huge communal pool, lift, parking and garden. Good transport and easy access to the centre of Palma, seafront, shopping centres, beaches etc. A large (145m2) flat with 3 bedrooms: Double master bedroom with California King size bed and en suite bathroom, second room with a double bed, third bedroom with a child's bed, and an office room with a pull out single bed.  The most unique feature of the apartment is its 140m2 roof terrace with a small private pool, outdoor kitchen, sea and cathedral views. It is a comfortable, family friendly base for exploring the island.  

We also have a BMW convertible which is optional for a car swap. 

A baby pushchair and car chair etc. are also available for families.  We have a 4 year old boy so the property is well equipped for families!

Our newly renovated home invites you to stay in the trendiest area of Palma.  Santa Catalina historically was an old fishing district in a bygone era. It is now known for its character, amazing shops and delightful cafe's and bars and is in a central location, with only a 5 minute walk to downtown Palma.  
Our home can also be described as a townhouse.  We have private, direct access and a small roof top terrace.  Only one flight of stairs up to the main floor and another flight up to the roof terrace.  Friends have told us we live in the Manhattan of Mallorca.

South facing, sunny and warm .  All double glazed windows, a gas fireplace for the winter, and all the comforts of home.  We have wood floors and 4 meter high ceilings,  The house is smaller being in the city, but at 110sq meters, the open concept design makes it great for enjoying a glass of wine and chatting away whilst cooking up a wonderful Mediterranean meal.   I am a chef so have put my love into the kitchen ;) We have preserved as many of the old Mallorcan floor tiles during the renovation and have used them around the house for character.  

Our house has a happy, fresh energy feel to it and can be enjoyed anytime of year as Mallorca boasts good weather all year round.

Modern open concept home in trendy Santa Catalina, right next to the old town of Palma.

We area family of four and live 15 minutes walk from the centre of Palma in a nice neighbourhood. I sell boats and my wife is an accountant. We both like sport, art, books. We have a large garden and terrace leading from sitting room for outdoor dining BBQ etc, and the house has AC.  English/spanish TV/DVD/Wi-fi. Our bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking a small park. We have two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Parking is easy and supermarkets, fish-market and restaurants walking distance.
It is a 10 minute walk to Santa Catalina, a very fashionable part of Palma (little Soho!). Table tennis in the garden as well as a darts board and full size football table in the games room. Neighbours are quiet so a good night sleep is possible!

Overlooking the Bay with views of Palma and the Mediterranean, our beautiful family home is located in a quiet area just a few minutes drive from Palma.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 large living rooms with magnificient views to the sea,a garage and 2 big terraces one of them by the sea.The interior has a modern style whilst the exterior retains some characteristics of the Mallorcan architecture.
The sandy beaches are just 1 minute walking ,there is also a fishing port nearby and you can find some restaurants within a few minutes walk.
