Appartement de 80 mètres carrés, niveau 5ème sur un bloc de 6 étages. Il a deux chambres (une avec un lit double et l'autre avec une lit de 90 cm x 200 double nido), deux salles de bains, cuisine, service, bureau et salle de séjour de 20 m carrés. Toutes les chambres donnent vers l'extérieur et elles sont très lumineuses. Accès direct au garage avec l'ascenseur ..
La cuisine est équipée avec tous les appareils et le salon dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plasma, lecteur Blu-ray et DVD et chaîne stéréo. L'accès sur l'Internet est disponible.

80 square metres flat, located on the fifth floor of a six- story building. It has two  bedrooms: (one double, one single), two bathrooms, a toilet, a kitchen, a study and a 20 sq.metres living room with a sofa-bed. 
All the rooms face outwards and receive plenty of sunlight all day All our rooms  face outwards, which make them very bright. Direct access to the garage from the lift.

The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of modern appliances. In the living room you can find a  TV, DVD players and  a stereo. Internet access available.
La maison est placée à l'entrée sud de la ville, à côté de l'autoroute qui traverse la Galice du nord au sud, et de la gare de chemin de fer et de la gare de autocars, et à 10 minutes du centre-ville. Pontevedra est une petite ville, (80.000 habitants), caractérisée par leur piétanolazation et des zones de circulation à 30 km, avec un climat doux et une petite vieille ville à l'architecture traditionnelle de la Galice. Elle est la capitale des Rias Baixas, qui offrent de nombreuses plages au long de la côte, la plus proche à seulement 4 km. Certaines endroites à proximité sont les Îles Cíes (accessibles par bateau au départ du port de Vigo, ville située à 25 km), Saint Jacques de Compostelle (60 km, 25 m. train) et le Portugal (50 km jusqu'au la frontière, la ville de Porto à 150 km, 1 h.,30 mn. par l'autoroute).

The flat is located in the southern access to the town, near to the entrance of the highway which crosses Galicia from north to south.It is also very near to the Coach and Railway Stations. A pleasant ten minute walk will get to the town centre.

Pontevedra is a small- sized town of 80,000 inhabitants, well-known by its great pedestrian area and 30 km per hour driving speed limit. Its historic centre, made  of  houses built in the Galician traditional style and its mild, warm climate are two of the main appeals/tourist attractions that the city offers to its visitors.

Pontevedra is also the capital city of the “Rías Baixas”  (http://turismoriasbaixas.com/en/web/portal-web/home) 
 region which shows an impressive amount of beaches along its coast, the nearest ones only 5 km far from the city centre.

Some close tourist attractions are the "Illas Atlánticas",http://www.iatlanticas.es/index.php?lang=en, like "Cíes"  (have beautiful beaches,https://www.theguardian.com/travel/2018/oct/06/ilha-cies-islands-galicia-spain-camping-francis-drake ) ,accessible by boat ( 50 mn.length) from the Port of Vigo, only 25 km far from Pontevedra, or "Illa de Ons", accessible by boat as well (20 mn.length) from several close ports, the beautiful town of Santiago de Compostela, end of the well-known pilgrim's route ( 60km , 25 minutes on a train trip) and the neighbouring country of Portugal, (whose country border is  only 50 km far, and the city of Porto is 150 km far, 1h.30 mn by highway).
