Casa Annetta is a recently renovated cottage at 150 meters from Tabù Fashion Beach and Torre Chianca beach of Porto Cesareo (southern Italy, close to Lecce), with a sea view from the terrace. Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, the house can accommodate up to six people (four people in beds and two in a double sofa bed). The air conditioner is in all rooms and a solar panel is used to heat water (also that of the outdoor shower). Garden area where to eat and relax (possible car parking in the garden).

The property includes a walk-up apartment (you need to climb 6 steps ) of 70 square meters, a roof terrace with a sea view and a 100 square meters garden. Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts and appliances  (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, free wifi and 55″ SmartTV), the apartment includes two bedrooms (a larger bedroom with a queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with twin beds), a living room (with both a dining area and a TV area + a sofa double bed), a kitchen, a double sink bathroom with a shower. In total, there are six bed seats (+ a baby bed/crib which is available on request).

The countrys Specchia has about 5000 inhabitants and is counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Quiet country village is 10 minutes drive from the sea of ​​Santa Maria di Leuca and the Ionian and Adriatic coasts

Our 1700th century masseria has been restored keeping all  the charm of the original style. It's is located in a wonderful countryside, surrounded by secular olive trees and a huge garden. The main building has three bedrooms, plenty of space to cook and eat either indoor or outdoor and two bathrooms. If your party is bigger than 8 people, you can use another building by the pool with two bedrooms and a bathroom. We also have a swimmingpool, a playground and a tree-house for the kids. Perfect to enjoy a group holiday in this area. All the Salento area is perfect to enjoy art cities (Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto above all) and great food.

Our country house was completely refurbished in 2010. Very close to the amazing sea of Salento is a perfect retreat to people looking for calm holidays.

Our apartment is in the middle of the historical center of Lecce. It has a modern function interior and a huge rooftop tarrace where you can enjoy lovely Italian evenings. All sights of Lecce are just in walking distance as well as grocery stores. The apartment is directliy in the middle of an Italian Barock old town. Plenty restaurants and possibilities to go out are just around the corner.  The apartment is perfect as a base to discover Salento and the numerous beautiful beaches and villages. Lecce is just 30 minutes from the Airport of Brindisi or 2,5 hours from the airport of Bari. Enjoy the Italian lifestyle in one of the most beautiful city’s in Pulia and Salento.

Masseria Near the sea

80 square meters flat + 38 square meters balconies. The flat (on the 3rd floor of a 5-floor building) is 11 years old and is about  1 km far from the historical centre of Lecce. It includes a large kitchen, a living room (with a bed sofa), 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a study room with a bed sofa and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. Facilities for short or medium term stays are available. 

Lecce is a beautiful town called 'Florence of South Italy' and its region, Puglia, has been awarded the National Geographic's 'Best Value Destination” prize (https://www.nationalgeographic.co.uk/travel/2017/09/pictures-puglia). Your can easily get  by car Otranto, Gallipoli, Leuca and other beautiful places (cultural sites and stunning beaches on both the Ionian and the Adriatic coast).



Design furnished flat in Lecce

This house is in the centre of Copertino, an historical town 10 minutes driving from Lecce (main city in Salento) and other 10 minutes driving from the sea.   With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a little garden it is suitable for a group of 4 people. The Salento area offers stunning beaches and great art cities such as Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto. We have such a nice weather that you can enjoy the sea for most part of the year and last but not least our traditional food is just something you have to try! We are open to not simoultaneously swap and we have a 1700th century masseria (local traditional old farmhouse) that can host 8 people to swap
