It also has an office room and a store room with beach equipment.  This condo takes a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Very spacious (219 m2) contemporary apartment in a low level 51 unit award winning luxury development. This hillside apartment has a huge balcony area with fantastic views over the Andamen Sea. Both bedrooms are very spacious Kingsize rooms with build in wardrobes. The Master bedroom overlooks the sea and has direct access to the balcony area, and a very high end/luxury en suite. The unit is fully equipped and furnished to a very high specification throughout including advanced lighting and A/C control, large lounge sofa, 42' flatscreen with DVD, wi-fi, indoor and outdoor dining for 6. balcony furniture, large fridge freezer, and washing machine. The complex has top end communal facilities including pools (1 child pool), spa, and decking area. The site is well maintained throughout including the gardens. There are full concierge, reception, maid and 24 hour security services available on site. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car. Very close (walk or short drive) to Kata Beach one of the best beach areas in Phuket. Great for family vacation or quiet time with loved ones.

PLEASE NOTE;  I only accept a minimum of 5 day swaps.. Preferably longer.  It’s difficult taking less because the home requires thorough cleaning before and after each  stay,  any swaps less tgat 7 days are  required to pay a cleaning fee of $100 because it requires a special visit by cleaners.  I prefer points swaps but open to hearing about your place. 

I am generally at my Phuket house from October to March but I do leave for several one to two week periods in November, December and January.  

My beautiful retreat is one mile  from gorgeous beaches and a sort walk to countless great inexpensive restaurants.  It’s easy to not have a car here.  Taxis are cheap and plentiful.  Scooters are a popular way to get around.  My taxi driver Thitiwat can pick you up at Phuket airport and drive you to my home for 1000 baht.  It’s an hour drive.  He has a large van with space for 4 people.  This is highly recommended because my home is a little complicated to find.  GPS isn’t perfect with addresses here. 

 The home garden and pool are in very good shape and is well equipped. 

The enclosed yard is private  and quiet and has a lovely pool and deck and bbq and outdoor shower.  One bed/bath is in a separate guest house by the pool. The pool is salt water. No chlorine.  It is always at a comfortable temperature and is a good depth and adequate length for swimming laps.  

The kitchen is well equipped with espresso and drip coffee maker and electric tea kettle and blender and toaster.  It has good pots and pans etc and a bbq but restaurants are so inexpensive and close that I rarely cook here.
