Our home itself, is the upper part of a 1900-City-home. On ground-level, there lives our neighbour; we own the 2nd and 3rd level. Everything topped with a roof terrace. On the backyard, there is a closed small city garden, where it is very quiet, so you forget you are at the middle of the 2nd city of the Netherlands!

A great, spacious family house in a fancy, green neighbourhood of Rotterdam. With your own little boat in the back-garden you will discover the lakes in- and around Rotterdam in just 5 minutes! Rather enjoying the modern city centre of Rotterdam with its great architecture, shops, bars, museums and restaurants? The tram is at 5 minutes walking distance and takes you into the city centre in 15 minutes. At 500 meters you wil find the shopping street of the neighbourhood Hillegersberg with high-end shops, bars and restaurants. We are living in this great house with 3 kids (12, 9 and 1) and our dog. Enjoy the waterfront garden or the roof top terrace when the sun is shining! You will love to live here in Rotterdam (European's best city in 2020) as a local and enjoy both nature and the buzzing city!

Charming authentic townhouse near the city centre of Rotterdam. Three stories high with a small garden. , Two spacious bedrooms on the top floor. One large bathroom with shower and bath. Two separate toilets. 

We als have a an downstairs apartment, which can be included in the exhange.
It has become a beautiful and comfortable place with a nice bathroom and kitchen (no cooking facilities)

Charming town house near the city centre

Minimalistic interior, maximal comfort. This cosy city home (102m2) is quiet and modern, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Rotterdam. Located in Rotterdam-West, one of the more livelier area's with lots of stores, cafe's and restaurants around the corner. Just 15 minutes by bike to the city center or take the tram, or explore Old Delfshaven which is right around the corner. You are also welcome to chill or read a book in the sunny garden. 

The home has a big living room with kitchen and toilet downstairs and two big bedrooms + bathroom upstairs. It is totally renovated in 2022.

We have a specious (175m2) apartment  in the citycenter of Rotterdam. You can reach our place within 26 minutes by train from the international airport Schiphol (Amsterdam). Next to that you can walk to the center of Rotterdam as well. Location is one of the best things we have. Also Paris and Brussels are a few hours away by car or train.

Our house is build in 1906 and has lovely old ceilings and characteristics from that period. Best part about this is that ceilings are high so the apartment is bright and light. 

We are very much in love with the house, but maybe even more with the rooftopterrace. It is only at the 3rd floor but showing the old part of Rotterdam at the north end, and showing new part in the south.

Welcome to our spacious apartment with a great river view in the centre of Rotterdam.
Beautiful apartment on the ground - and first floor, 175M², situated on an island right in the middle of Rotterdam.  All sorts of public transport a stone&#8217;s throw away, including water taxis. Restaurants, museums and all entertainment a city provides for, is on walking- or cycling-distance. A huge food, non food and bric-a-brac market is held twice a week just across the bridge. Day and night you can watch the ships pass by from every window of the house on both floors. If the weather allows you can either catch the sun on the bench in front of the house or in the shared central garden.
