The Buddha Beach Villa is located in beautiful Sayulita, Mexico.  It is beachfront and right in the center of town￼, close to everything, amazing restaurants, and shops.  It is a surf, bohemian beach town with many things to do.  You can walk everywhere, so you don't need a car to get around.  

The Villa has four large bedrooms with King size beds, each with smart TV's, A/C, beautifully decorated and four and 1/2 bathrooms. You can see the photos which have descriptions below to describe the different areas. It is a very spacious Villa, with two living rooms, a game room, restaurant size kitchen, and a full bar. There is inside dining by the kitchen and bar and upstairs living room (which has a large T.V. and a great place for the boys to watch their games) and outside dining on the terrace that overlooks the sea. 


We offer on site chef Clecendia to cook your breakfast ( she buys the food fresh daily and you can choose what you want for breakfast, either Mexican or American. It is $7 per person for the breakfast package. Children under 10 are free. If you want dinner and lunch that can be set up too. Of course, you can opt to do all your own cooking and enjoy eating out at the many wonderful restaurants in Sayulita. You are literally about 5 steps to the beach and right in the center of town. It could not be more conveniently located. You don't need a golf cart or car, as you can walk everywhere in Sayulita. It is a small town and everything is very close to the Villa. 

Off the upstairs dining, terrace is bedroom #4 which is overlooking the ocean. I have all the bedrooms numbered so you can see how it is set up. As you walk into the main door you will have a bedroom and bathroom #3 and also the game room. You go down a few stairs and enter a lovely living room with beautiful Bali carved doors that open to bedroom and bathroom # 1 and #2. Off these bedrooms is a terrace that overlooks the ocean and creek. 

Then you walk up the beautiful parota wood staircase to reach the floor that has the kitchen, bar, and large living room. We offer a fully stocked bar with top-shelf alcohol, (upon requests)for those nights when all the stores are closed and you don't feel like going out to the bar. We can also stock the bar with soft drinks, water, and many different kinds of beer and other beverages, for your convenience.(upon request) 

As you are relaxing on the couches in the dining area you can look to your left and there is a staircase that goes up to the sky terrace, where there is a hammock and comfortable couches to relax on. This has the most amazing views….We have a Harmon Kardon speaker so you can play music with your iPod, iPhone or computer and move it wherever you want.

We have high-speed Wifi, cable TV, and the Villa is fully staffed. Chef, bartender, and waiter upon request. Your Villa is cleaned daily. (Except Sunday) We can arrange for a private yoga lesson in the Villa as well.  There are so many details in the Villa.  We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, and yoga mats.

My daughter Summer and I travel a lot, so we know what we like when we arrive at our destination. We have made the Villa that way we would like it ourselves. My goal is to make all of my guests have the best vacation possible. We can organize any activity you want, from surfing, SUP, Zip lining, boat and sailing charters, scuba diving, horseback riding, and lots of other fun things to do in Sayulita. 

Buddha Beach Villa

Our home is a cozy, remodeled Spanish style that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.  It is on the North End of town, quiet with the sound of crickets and waves. We have an outdoor terrace with al fresco dining and a nice fully equipped kitchen to cook in.  It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath.
One room has a king bed, the other a queen and the 3rd has two individual beds.  We have a beautiful pool and garden area all with ocean view.In the summer, the sun sets directly in front of the house.   Nice garden and stylishly furnished.
Safe and clean - cleaning lady comes once  a week. 
I live in what I consider one of the nicest neighborhoods in Sayulita.   It is a 8 minute walk into town where you can find all of the markets and restaurants you want.  The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill.
**We have two cats, Terminator and Zuma that we ask you to feed durning your stay.  They are very independent
